If you want to cook that frozen chicken breast inside your fridge but don’t have the time to defrost it, then worry no more because that’s the main ingredient of this recipe.

Aside from chicken breast, you also need to have the following ingredients listed below.

  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 Egg
  • Season with salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 200 g (7 oz. ) Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional)
  • Parsley (optional)

It’s all up to you if you want to follow the exact suggested ingredients in this recipe, especially the optional ones. Although you may add ingredients of your choice, be creative and give the recipe a personal touch.

Step 1: Grab an entire chunk of chicken breast and grate it up to its last inch and put it in a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Next, mince one piece of shallot and grate 2 pieces of potatoes (remove its juice before adding) and add it to the grated chicken breast. Add 1 piece of egg and spice it with salt, pepper, and half a teaspoon of dried oregano leaves.

Step 3: Put more flavor by adding 200 grams of grated Mozzarella cheese, then mix them all together well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 4: Once done, put 2 tablespoons of Olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter (optional) in a preheated frying pan.

Step 5: Put the mixture in, spread it out evenly, fry each side for about 15 minutes, and remove it once both sides become golden brown.

Step 6: Sprinkle the final output with minced parsley (optional) or any toppings of your choice.

Step 7: Best served while hot and when shared with family and friends.
