There is nothing better than being greeted by an excited pooch after a long day. One who is just so happy to have you finally home.

This loving fur dad noticed his dog was acting very differently when he comes home compared to when his wife gets home from work. One day he decides to flip on the camera and film his dog’s two separate reactions. What he caught on camera is just too funny!

Oshie is a beautiful Golden Retriever who lives with his fur parents in California. He’s also an internet sensation with 107K YouTube subscribers on his channel.

This pooch is so lucky to have parents who adore him so much. His parents, Jesse and Nancy run his social media accounts “Oshie’s World.” It is filled with photos and videos of Oshie’s everyday life and adventures. Look at that sweet face!

One particular video is, “Golden Retriever Reacts to Dad Coming Home vs. Mom.”

In this video, Jesse notices something interesting about his dog and conducts a little experiment. He gets home after work and presses record while he is sitting in his car in the driveway. He captures a glimpse of Oshie looking out from one of the windows of their house.

Everyone expects Oshie to go nuts when dad walks in, but Jesse has a different prediction, He explains:

“Oshie’s standing in the window, waiting for me to go inside. But I bet once I get in there, he’s not gonna act all that excited.”

He puts Oshie to the test.

His keys start to jingle as he unlocks the front door. For most dogs, this sound alone sends them into a frenzy. Once Jesse gets in the door though, Oshie is not even there to greet him. Where is Oshie?

Jesse starts calling for Oshie while walking through the house. We would guess he would come running. Oshie has another idea, he let’s dad come find him in the living room.

Oshie gives dad some tail wags to show him he is pleased.

The Golden Retriever goes up to Jesse for some love and attention and he wags his tail in enjoyment. He’s not acting overly excited, but he is definitely glad dad is home.

Jesse gets Oshie a cookie and takes him out for some fresh air. It’s the cutest intermission ever.

Golden Retrievers are devoted, friendly and intelligent dogs that carry their playfulness well into their adulthoods, according to the AKC. Oshie evidently is one dog who loves to have some fun.

Watch out for Oshie’s reaction when mom gets home.

Jesse knows Nancy is in the driveway, so he goes to the front door. Oshie is already right there with him, anxiously waiting for him to open the door.

As soon as the door opens, Oshie flies like lightning to go greet mom! Hold on a second…

Jessie can’t even keep up, Oshie bounds so fast down the walkway to the driveway. Where did that energy come from?

Yay! Mom’s home!

Jesse captures the most Oshie give Nancy the most heartwarming welcome. He goes crazy with excitement like a kid on Christmas morning.

Oshie’s so happy, he even lends mom a hand.

The dog takes Nancy’s purse in his mouth and goes to carry it inside for her. It seems like it’s not the first time either. What a good boy!

The video has gathered 84k “likes”. No wonder because it is so adorable and funny! One person commented:
