Grandma starts dancing and silly beagle hilariously joins the fun

Dancing is a type of performance art that feeds one’s body, mind, and soul. It has different styles that have been carried from generation to generation.

Dancing has made a huge impact on our history that will certainly be passed on to the next generations to come.

Dancing is not only for humans, though- it’s for animals too.

We’ve seen viral videos of dancing dogs on the internet and it certainly made our days, right?

Well, a dog is making a stir on the internet and making everyone smile with her slick moves to reggaeton music.

Who is this dog?

Our internet dog star’s name is Bailey and she’s the dancing pooch of Wendy Berenguer, a 54-year-old resident of Naples, Florida.

We all have our personal choice when it comes to dancing style or perhaps music genre to groove to.

Bailey here, according to Wendy, loves Puerto Rican reggaeton!

Let’s admit it, whenever we hear our favorite track, we immediately bounce and dance to it. It’s like a magnet that attracts us while putting a magic spell on our feet to make them dance.

Apparently, this is what’s happening whenever Bailey hears her type of music.

This Beagle has the moves and you need to see it with your very own eyes.

In a viral video, a reggaeton track is playing in the background and the person holding the camera sneaks into the kitchen where Bailey and Wendy are dancing.

They are obviously having fun while twisting their hips to the rhythm.

It’s indeed a good way to loosen up!

Suddenly, Bailey notices they’re being filmed and gets a bit camera-conscious.

We don’t share the same courage when it comes to “dancing like nobody’s watching.”

In Bailey’s case, after seeing that they are being recorded, she hops back down onto all fours.

Just when everybody thought that the party has already started, our dancing Beagle suddenly becomes camera-shy.

Gladly, the music is still playing and just seconds after- Bailey is back to grooving!

Our internet-famous dog is back to popping her moves and sets her shyness aside.

Wendy and her start busting their small but adorable movements while trying to be on beat.

We know that they are not professional dancers but the duo just slays it!

They twist from here and there, from side to side, as if really feeling the Puerto Rican beat.

The only thing missing from the video is a loud audience to cheer them on- chanting something like, “Go Bailey! Go Bailey! Go Bailey!”

They are so fun to watch that we can’t help but smile from ear to ear. We bet that you are too, right?

We found out that dancing is a regular routine at the Berenguer’s residence.

According to the video description, Wendy told the Caters Clips that Bailey does the dancing a couple of times a week.

She also admits that if she gives her pooch more attention, then her Beagle dances more and for a longer time.

It’s a great way of exercise, especially for a 5-year-old dog like Bailey. It’s even better because her mom tags along with her during her dance routine. A bonding that’s worth both of their time.

It shows in the video that Bailey loves to dance and there’s no wondering why.

The American Kennel Club describes this breed as “friendly, curious, and merry.” They also added:

“Not only is the Beagle an excellent hunting dog and loyal companion, it is also happy-go-lucky, funny, and—thanks to its pleading expression—cute. They were bred to hunt in packs, so they enjoy company and are generally easygoing.”

Being a good dancer is not a common quality for Beagles- but Bailey sure is different.

She has what it takes to be a star- an internet dog star!

Bailey’s moves are not that of a professional dancer but she sure does make a lot of people smile with her charm and cuteness.

Wendy, on the other hand, also deserves our round of applause for being not only a good mom, but a great dance partner as well.

Their dance video went viral and we’re not surprised at all.

Wendy uploaded their cute video in November of 2019 and pretty soon, it got swarmed by tens of millions of viewers. She wrote a simple description:

“Bailey loves Reggeaton!”

As of this writing, it already has 44 million views with 1.5 million shares and hundreds of thousands of comments and likes. Just wow!

Some of the viewers commented out of joy:

“This is one of the cutest things I have seen in my whole life!”

“That was so awesome loved it made my day.”

Bailey isn’t the first dancing dog that we’ve seen on the internet and she’s definitely not going to be the last. She just makes dancing unique and extra special!
