Bailey is a golden retriever who loves nothing more than hearing his owner play beautiful songs on his guitar. In fact, he loves the sound so much, he never wants it to stop.

There’s nothing quite like seeing a talented musician perform live.

But Bailey is a very lucky music-loving dog.

His owner is the successful musician Drew Cole, who appeared on Season 14 of The Voice.

In fact, Bailey is easily Cole’s biggest fan. If you have any doubt, then just see this video.

The video begins with Cole jamming on his acoustic guitar. As soon as he starts playing, Bailey visibly smiles. He’s clearly delighted to hear his owner play such nice music.

Then the dog starts bopping his head along to the music, like most of us would do.

For a second, Cole stops playing, and the smile on Bailey’s face instantly disappears. The dog needs to hear the song!

As soon as Cole starts playing again, the smile reappears on Bailey’s face, and he starts bopping his head once more.

Again, Cole stops playing, and Bailey’s face turns into a frown. Cole keeps on playing and stopping throughout the video, proving that the event was not just a one-off and that Bailey really does love the music.

Just imagine if his owner was anything other than a musician!

Cole loved this footage so much that he uploaded it to his YouTube channel.

In no time, it had gone viral. To date, it has gained over 14 million views. It also has more than 126,000 likes and 7,900 comments. People have been saying things like this:

And this isn’t the only amazing video of Cole and Bailey.

One shows Bailey happily sitting in front of Cole as he plays Blackbird by The Beatles. However, the video has a shocking ending.

As soon as Cole starts singing, Bailey loses all interest in the music and walks away.

Does he dislike Cole’s voice, or is he more of a John Lennon fan? Whatever the reason, Cole couldn’t stay mad at Bailey for that long.

And yet another video proves that Bailey is an expert in marketing.

In the video, Cole uses Bailey to promote Tide detergent, Old Spice deodorant, Lubridem lotion, Advil painkillers, Coca-cola soda and Hershey’s chocolate.

In fact, Bailey’s videos are the most most popular ones on Cole’s YouTube channel.

That isn’t an insult to Cole’s musicianship (his most popular non-dog performance video still has over 600,000 views) but a testament to how amazing Bailey is.

Drew Cole managed to gain national fame when he appeard on The Voice in 2018.

He performed pretty well on the show, making the top 24 before being eliminated. If only he’d brought Bailey onstage! He might have won.

Cole is still in his mid-twenties, so he has lots of time to make it big in the music industry. No matter how successful he becomes, he’ll always remember that one of his earliest fans (and critics) was his beloved golden retriever, Bailey.
