Make the cleaner yourself

Don’t worry about having to go out to buy a product to clean your oven. You don’t even have to order it online. Why? Because you likely already have everything you need to make it. There’s a good chance you won’t even have to leave the comfort of your kitchen to find the ingredients required for this DIY cleaner.

It just requires a few ingredients

All you’ll need is a fourth of a cup of dish soap, one cup of vinegar, and half a cup of lemon juice. To these ingredients, you’ll add one and one-fourth cups of water. Oh, and you’ll need a plastic spray bottle.

Mix the ingredients

For this, you have two options. You can mix all the ingredients in a bowl, followed by pouring the liquid into the spray bottle. The other option is to put all the ingredients in the bottle, shaking it vigorously to mix everything before using it. This solution will last about a month. Just remember to shake the bottle before each use.

Spray and let it sit

You might think you have to put in a ton of effort for this solution to work. But that’s not true. Instead, spray the liquid mixture inside of your oven. Then, let it sit for about 30 minutes. After that, you’ll simply wipe down the interior surfaces.

No scraping required

One of the biggest pains of cleaning an oven is that usually, you have to scrape and scrub to get it sparkling clean. But with this solution, you won’t have to do that. Just wipe it off and you’re done. That sounds a lot easier than putting a ton of muscle into the work, right?
