92-year-old husband lovingly dyes wife's hair since she can't visit salon

Like the days of old, many people are looking for ways to take care of household problems on their own. With many businesses and stores shut down amid the coronavirus, some creative solutions are showing up to issues!

One of the issues that people are running into is their hair!

With barbershops and salons being closed for months now, people are starting to look a bit wild! There are a few different solutions to the lockdown concerning hairdo’s, however.

People are trying different approaches to the “hair crisis.”

There are currently three primary ways that people are getting through the hair crisis of 2020. The first and simplest is to simply ignore it. For many people, they are just waiting it out. Knowing that things eventually have to open again, they are waiting for all the shops to open up again. This is an option afforded to people who don’t really need to work outside of their homes!

A second option is a bit more sneaky.

What others are doing is heading to a friend or their barber and getting a haircut on the DL. Going to a home of meeting in secret, people are getting their hair cut and dyed with subtlety.

A third can have funny results.

The third and safer option (compared to the second one) is to have a significant other do your hair. Now, this requires quite a bit of trust for some. Many people require their hair as their best feature, and to place it in the care of someone with no training is the stuff of nightmares. Still, roots are gonna grow in, and something has to be done!

This elderly couple took up the challenge proudly.

Call it the generational gap or call it spunk, but this couple decided to get it done regardless. A 92-year-old man was caught on camera dying his wife’s hair!

An act of true love on both sides!

This small but meaningful act shows the trust and love that these two have for each other. The wife is trusting enough to allow her husband, with no experience mind you, dye her hair! If he messes up, there is no quick solution!

On the other side, the husband is incredibly brave.

Facing the wrath of my wife after a botched hair job is not something that I ever want to have to experience first-hand. I may not come out alive on the other side.

This couple obviously has years of trust and love for one another.

With age comes maturity (usually), and these two seem to really care for each other. With furrowed brow and brush in hand, the elderly man really seems to be trying to do his best. It is laudable and worth sharing.

A great example of taking care of one another when in need.

Part of relationships is sacrifice and trust! This small example is probably a small window into how these two have managed to stay together for so long. They genuinely do care for each other and are trying their best to weather the storm of coronavirus.
