The bond between a child and their family dog is unmatched. That dog watches them grow up as they grow up alongside. It’s really hard to forget your first dog and all the things you went through with your tail-wagging friend.

Those memories hold a special place in everyone’s heart.

In today’s day and age, families are able to record all of their family pet interactions and share them with the world. Just like this toddler Parker who has an everlasting bond with his husky Millie.

These two are like two peas in a pod… literally.

One day their dad found Millie just lounging in Parker’s bed under the covers without Parker there. This made for a perfect home video and you won’t want to miss this cuteness overload. The dad called Parker up to his room to show him who’s taking up the bed.

Millie looks comfortable as ever not moving from her spot even a bit.

There’s no budging Millie when she’s all cozied up. So Parker hops right into bed and gets a few sweet kisses from Millie. You can tell these two are the greatest of friends, Parker’s dad even included in the caption of the video,

“Parker always cuddles Millie before he goes to sleep it’s like a daily need for him haha! He’s been this way for 2 years now. He loves his huskies so much.”

Talk about an unbreakable friendship right there…

In the video, Parker’s dad starts to walk away from the cuddled pair and plays a fun game of peek-a-boo with Parker. Just when you think it couldn’t get any more adorable. Parker gets his bottle of milk and Millie seems very intrigued by what he’s sipping on.

Millie even puts her paw on Parker’s shoulder hoping for a taste.

Little Parker is gleaming with joy to have his best bud beside him and dad can’t get over how precious these two are. Millie resembles a really furry human all propped up in bed it’ll certainly make you smile!

It doesn’t look like Millie’s trying to get out of bed anytime soon.

When it’s time to get Parker cozied up for a little nap his dad tucks him in and Millie happens to think she’s taking a nap too. But dad calls for Millie thinking she’d hop right out of the bed and that wasn’t the case at all. Millie looked at the dad not moving an inch her eyes are saying “No way dad” it’s absolutely hilarious. You can even hear the dad in the video say,

“She won’t get out!”

Millie is just too cozy to move.

After a few more tries of getting her out of the bed, dad gives up and tucks her in right beside Parker. Moments later dad walks out of the room to find a heartwarming surprise. The two best friends have fallen asleep cuddled up together!

Millie and Parker are like peanut butter and jelly!

The dad writes in the caption,

“I think Millie our husky believes she is his mother. Her maternal instincts are so beautiful from her having puppies a few years back. Makes me so happy to see them bond this way!!”
