Adorable Husky plays the hero for sweet baby who got spooked by vacuum cleaner
Dogs and vacuum cleaners are not a good mix. Many dogs hate vacuum cleaners and canβt stand the noise that they make.
But one dog was able to overcome his fear of the vacuum to help out his young friend, a cute, curly-headed boy who had unexpectantly come across their common foe.
A video of a boy and his dog goes viral
In a video that has been viewed over 137 million times, the adorable child is shown walking down the hallway, unaware of the terror that is about to grip him.
He looks pretty young, so maybe he is inexperienced when it comes to the scarier things in this world.
Life is full of scary things, especially vacuums
But as soon as the vacuum is switched on, he turns immediately around and runs the other way. And who can blame him, vacuums are loud and are a scary thing to someone so small?
If only he had someone he could run to. Fortunately, he does.
An ally during scary times
At the end of the hallway sits the familyβs Siberian husky, who has been cautiously watching everything unfold.
Maybe he knew what was going to happen once the vacuum whirred to life or he was just doing his job as watchful protector over his tiny playmate?
To protect and to serve, no matter the danger
Either way, he stands ready to serve as a bastion of safety in these trying times. And his small companion seems to know it, running to his friend to protect him.
A comfort during trying times
Squeezing in behind the husky, the small curly-headed boy seeks comfort in the fur of his canine friend.
As he trembles in fear, the boy adorably hugs his doggie companion close, hoping it will all be over soon.
Dogs and vacuums
Granted, vacuums can be a scary thing, especially if you have no clue what they are and the concept behind them. And, in many cases, dogs are usually terrified of vacuum cleaners, but not this big boy.
Together he and his toddler friend stare back down the hallway, waiting for the terrible noise to stop.
Is it safe?
Finally, the horrible noise stops as the vacuum is turned off. Cautiously, the little boy makes his way out of his shelter of safety.
Maybe it is okay to finally venture forth. But just as soon as it emerges, his show of bravery is squashed as his newly learned wisdom kicks in.
Using caution is usually the best choice
They say that discretion is the better part of valor, and in this instance, that seems to be the case. Why risk another fright when you can cuddle with a furry friend instead.
So, it is back to his companion’s side, rather than risk the terror at the end of the hallway.
