If you do not already know, there is an amazing flash mob group out in the world called Jabbawockeez. They have graced many dance floors with their skills, and they show no signs of stopping.

In November 2015, the group decided to bring their talents to the MGM Grand Hotel.

They made an appearance on the floor with a very impressive performance.

The mini-show was so impressive, it naturally went viral on the Internet. It currently has over 18 million views, 150k+ likes, and hundreds of comments. And those stats keep climbing every day.

So, why did it go viral? Because it was amazing, of course!

The unforgettable performance was obviously a surprise, with it being a flash mob and all.

In the beginning, there is a video being played in the lobby while a couple of dancers are laying on the floor, somewhat motionless. When the video stops, more dancers enter — one even caresses a stranger’s face (as a joke, we assume).

They are all wearing masks which makes it kind of creepy, but also mysterious and intriguing.

At this point, before any dancing starts, there is already a crowd of hotel guests in the lobby, waiting for something that is clearly about to take place.

Now, all of a sudden, they are moving and grooving to the major pop hit, “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson, featuring Bruno Mars… Also known as the perfect song to break out in dance to when you are in public, surrounded by strangers. It is so uplifting!

It is not long until the people in the crowd get into it. They also start dancing and shaking their hips along to the catchy tune as the professional dancers blow through their ambitious choreography. Naturally, some people begin to record the whole thing on their phones too.

This is all happening in such a beautiful space too. The room is spacious and made of beautiful, luxurious material. The whole video has a very “royal” vibe to it. Like everyone in the room is a king or queen. We guess that is the general vibe when you decide to party in Las Vegas!

The dancers whip out a few hops, a few position switch-ups, and even a little bit of acting which makes the whole thing feel even more fun and playful.

They dance in perfect unison for the remainder of the performance, making it feel like they must have rehearsed the routine a thousand times (while still making it look breezy and effortless!).

This was uploaded about four years ago but it is still so needed today. Now more than ever, we crave joy and happiness, even if it is something as small as a flash mob video.

It is things like this that can really spark positivity in our lives. Let’s not take them for granted and instead, express our mere gratitude for these wonderful dancers!
