Fathers and mothers play an important part role in the lives of their children. Their parental responsibility includes providing a home and basic needs for them.

But what if your parents deny you your needs? Will it be enough reason to sue them?

Mike Jr. was suing his father.

Why? For failing to provide support for him over 16 years of his life.

The 22-year-old took his demand to the British reality court show Judge Rinder.

He wanted his father to pay him a total of £4,160 after being neglected for years.

His father denies his claims.

He even lays into him with hateful words upon entering the court.

“What are you doing here, you c***?” said Mike angrily as he made his way into the courtroom.

His spiteful remark was overheard by the people inside the room and was even noted by the judge’s secretary.

This remark surely didn’t escape Judge Rinder’s attention.

The judge was not happy to know how Mike Sr. addressed his son.

So upon his arrival, he asked the young man to repeat what his father said, which he immediately obeyed.

The ill-tempered judge asks the 56-year-old man if he thinks what he did is reasonable.

Haughty Mike Sr. did not refute.

As a father, Mike senior’s counter statements were vile and lacked sympathy toward his son.

Even Judge Rinder could not accept his self-proclaimed righteousness. His sharp words didn’t make the old bloke budge, which ignited his irritation.

They got into a heated conversation.

Judge Rinder started probing about the details of young Mike Jr.’s complaints.

Mike Jr. claims that his dad owes him £5 every week from birth until he is 16 years old due to his absence and lack of support.

This was easily shrugged off by Mike Sr while pointing out that he did not lack anything in contrast to what his son says.

Mike Sr. proudly claims he has 40 kids and was never an absentee father.

Judge Rinder asked Mike Sr. how many children does he have aside from Mike Jr.

He boldly answered, “40 and counting.”

The judge and the audience could not believe what they had just discovered.

Judge Rinder continued and even clarified with him if he knew his responsibilities.

He was laying the trap.

Old Mike agreed to his responsibilities as a parent along with the mother of his children.

He even shared how he took it upon himself to look after young Mike and regularly visit him while he was in foster care.

In the end, Judge Rinder could no longer contain his madness towards the brazen, cocky man.

He asked his assistant to hold his hammer.

Mike Sr. shared with the court how he would boldly tell all the women in his life that he could not be faithful.

Enraged, Judge Rinder tried to calm himself down and compose himself, despite the unreasonable statements he was hearing.

The judge handed over his hammer because he was afraid that he might throw it out at any minute.

It was really a pleasure of a sight for those looking for drama.
