Landlord gets the revenge after former tenants leave apartment completely trashed
Tenants come in all shapes and sizes.
Some of them leave a former apartment in great shape while others not so much.
One landlord in France had his apartment trashed by his former tenants who left him to clean up the mess.
Luckily, he was able to pay them back in a spectacular and hilarious fashion.
Landlord Thomas Ravaux began an over-year-long journey with his former tenants.
Not only did he lose profits, the tenants refused to pay rent for 14 months, but he got the shock of his life when he went to the apartment after they had moved out.
The apartment was a total mess.
To top it off, the rooms in the apartment were filled with broken furniture, empty boxes, and animal feces, among other trash.
Once he had regained his composure from his shock, he shared photos of the devastation to his Facebook page, along with his frustrations with the mess that had been left behind:
“This is how I collect a home after 14 months of unpaid. Thanks to the tenants of the apartment. Living with 3 kids like this what. Not to mention the food lost in the fridge offered by heart restaurants!”
But Ravaux wasn’t finished yet.
He had an idea in mind to get his revenge and return his former tenants’ belongings, all in one fell swoop.
First, he ordered a dump truck to remove the trash left behind.
But he didn’t have it transported to the dump, that would be too easy. He had another idea in mind.
And while it took a while to get the place cleaned up, eventually all of the junk had been removed and placed into the dump truck.
This is where he gets really devious.
Instead of the dump, he had the dump truck take the trash to his old tenants’ new apartment, where it dumped it in the driveway outside.
Fortunately, he was able to get the whole thing on video.
Whether you agree with Ravaux’s actions or not, one thing is for sure, his old tenants probably won’t soon forget what they did.
And who knows, maybe it will keep them from doing the same thing to their new landlord.
You can watch the glorious return of the tenants’ property in the video below.
