Sisters record cheer routine, don’t know little brother’s about to run in and steal the show
Ah, little brothers. What would we do without those goofballs? Our parents were already too tired from raising us to yell at them so that duty falls to older siblings. Good thing they give us plenty of reasons.
Kim Kramer’s daughters know what it’s like to have a little brother ruin everything.
As the mom recorded her two older daughters practicing a cheer dance so they could see and critique their moves later, it was the kid in the background who stole the show. His “performance” has now been viewed over 1.3 million times since it was first posted on YouTube in October of 2016.
According to mom:
“They had absolutely no clue that their brother was stealing the show in the background! They were not too happy when they ended up watching the video! (But their brother sure does have some dance moves!) It took all I had not to bust out laughing while videoing!!”
And what was this little brother doing, exactly? If you’re an older sibling, you can pretty much guess. <eye roll>
Sigh. Must they?!
They must.
Let’s face it, that tyke in the background really does have some moves and he’s clearly not afraid of the wrath of his sisters.
As the girls perform their cheer routine to Fitz and the Tantrums’ 2016 hit “HandClap,” their little brother is behind them doing his own routine, complete with trombone and booty drums – because of course he is.
There’s no doubt they knew something was going on since he’s got to be in at least one sister’s peripheral vision at a few points throughout the routine. But dance takes concentration, so she was either oblivious or unwilling to interrupt the routine to chastise him.
And they both clearly knew he was in the room – after all, he’s the one who started the music on the speaker in the background.
In fact, you can see his sister’s epic eye roll a few seconds in as he fiddles with the buttons.
But like any good performer, she regains her composure immediately.
Mom, of course, is trying hard not to laugh and shake the camera because he truly is hilarious.
His “No Risk, No Rewards” shirt is the perfect costume for his “dancebomb.” Perhaps we should make that the unofficial motto of little brothers everywhere.
While the girls are mere blurs in some frames, their brother is somehow crystal clear. Any freeze-frame of their routine they might use to check their choreography later has a special guest star.
Or should we say star? We’re pretty sure little bro stole the show.
Maybe we should give him some sympathy – he’s probably heard that song 1000 times as his sisters practiced to it, so of course he’s come up with his own choreography. It’s probably just a little payback and a little fun.
Are little brothers really afraid of their sisters yelling at them anyway? Not this one!
