Being a kid is a lot of fun. What isn’t there to love? There’s naptime and snacktime. Not to mention, being able to run around and play for the majority of your day. It’s awesome!

But perhaps one of the best parts about being a kid is their ability to live life carefree. It’s something that we adults sometimes forget how to do. It isn’t often that children think very much about what someone might say or think if they do something.

Kids live in the moment and kids live for themselves.

If that isn’t freedom, I don’t know what is!

There’s one little girl who is living her life to the fullest at such a young age!

She and a group of other young girls were given the opportunity to cheer alongside some older cheerleaders. The performance will melt your heart and make you smile.

The little girl in front shines above all! She performs with such joy and excitement that would make anybody want to get up and cheer themselves!

The song that the girls cheer to is none other than the fast-tempo and lighthearted, “Can’t Fight the Feeling,” by Justin Timberlake.

The video clocks in at just over a minute but it sure is a minute of fun.

The little girls sport white t-shirts with green lettering. They tote a pair of green and yellow pompoms to match.

The girls begin standing stoically with their hands on their hips. That is all but their little frontrunner, of course. She wears a bright and excited smile as she restlessly sways from side-to-side, all while looking around the gym.

Clearly, she’s ready to go and when the music drops, boy does she move!

Doing her best to keep up with the movements of the choreography, the little girl seems content moving at her own pace. Though she might not have the ability to move with as much precision as the other girls, she’s not letting that stop her in the slightest.

She looks to be having the most fun as well! So much so, the older cheerleader beside her looks over and smiles at just how much fun her cheer mate is having.

The little girl bounces up and down, stomps her feet, and claps her hands. It’s evident that she knows the routine quite well. Doing her best to keep up, she doesn’t miss a beat in her steps.

There’s a moment where she slows her movements and turns to check on the others behind her. Realizing that she’s right in step with the rest, she refocuses her attention on entertaining her fans.

One of the best moments come when it’s time to clap their pompoms above their heads and step from side to side. It looks like the little girl couldn’t wait for this moment. She seems to have a burst of energy after the step.

Rightfully so. The video is drawing to a close and she seems to want to finish strong.

At the end, the girl wears a smile as big as the one she wore at the beginning. Thrilled, she jumps in the air which isn’t part of the routine but somehow makes you feel that it should have been.
