Dog named 'Madame Eyebrows' has a permanent look that says 'I'm not in the mood'

Grumpy Cat better watch out! There’s a new lady in town that is about to snatch her “life sucks” crown right from underneath her grumpy scowl.

Meet Madame Eyebrows, the saddest-looking pooch you’ve probably ever laid eyes on.

She slouches, she pouts, and she looks as if she just found Goldilocks sleeping in every one of her doggy beds.

And if her sourpuss, Hitchcock-like expression is anything to go by, it’s definitely not “a dog’s life” for this not-so-fun-loving Debbie Downer.

What the heck does she have to be in such a mood about?

Nothing, actually! Her downturned eyebrows and saggy jowls are just the unfortunate results of genetics and poor placement.

Some pups are lucky enough to be born with perfect symmetry and beauty (show dogs), while others are stuck with resting b***h face (this dog in particular).

According to her owner, Madame Eyebrows has always had those dark spots above her eyes.

As you’ve probably already figured out, those droopy patches were the inspiration behind her cheeky name.

“She always looked sad and had eyebrows,” Janina told The Dodo.

Even though her short, thick brows scream “back off,” that hasn’t kept 129,000 Instagram followers from lapping up every single picture of this English bulldog NOT SMILING.

Believe it or not, she’s actually having the time of her life!

“She is very happy,” Janina continued to say. “She wiggles her tail, gives kisses.”

“In real life, you have to see her only a few minutes and you see that she is happy,” Janina said. “We don’t see only her sad face. We see how funny she is! And how much love she gives to us.”

There are plenty of instances where Madame Eyebrows actually manages to achieve a happy expression.

For example, when she’s playing, her inner puppy really shines through!

And when she’s taking a nap, she dreams good, happy things!

When she was younger Madame Eyebrows had an adopted sibling named Luna, who didn’t like her at first. It could have had something to do with the brows, but we won’t judge.

However, Luna soon warmed up to the bulldog because her vibrant personality absolutely rocks!

Luna has since crossed the rainbow bridge, which might be a good excuse for this pooch to keep up with the sad clown act.

Is she happy, is she depressed? Is being in this boring bucket bringing her any joy? Who the flip knows!

The despondent emojis she’s expressing are so confusing.

But that’s what’s so amazing about this one-poker-face pooch. She always keeps you on your toes with all the second-guessing you have to do.
