Siblings tend to squabble. It’s just one of those annoying facts of life. They will be there to bicker over every little thing possible and are always more than willing to kick you when you’re down. Another thing that siblings, seemingly of all species, love to do is wrestle and fight with each other, and these two pups are no different.

Though fighting among siblings is as common as sand at the seashore, moms can’t simply give up on them and let the best one win. Though she might let them settle their own differences, for the most part, every now and again their little squabbles can get out of hand. That’s when it’s time for mom to step in and handle their business for them.

When these little lab pups wouldn’t quit knocking each other around, their mama dog came to show them who’s boss.

In the video at the end of this article, the white lab pups are having themselves a little wrestling match.

As they keep on pushing and shoving at each other, with little nips thrown in here and there, their squabble gets rowdier by the second. It’s all just fun and games at first until mom decides enough is enough.

Playing is completely natural for any puppy. They are born to wrestle around with each other and if there is another puppy in the house, you can guarantee that if they aren’t sleeping, eating, or going potty, then they are trying to best each other in a good ol’ play fight.

The thing about just playing around, though, is that when you have razor-sharp puppy teeth and claws to “play” with, things can get ugly pretty quick.

The video starts out with the adorable lab pups nipping at one another on a folded blanket.

As they swat at each other and use their fluffy, chubby bodies to push each other around, one of the pups gets pushed off of the blanket. Apparently, these two have decided that the blanket area is the official wrestling ring because once one was pushed out, they calmed down for a second as if it were the end of a match.

The pups slowly make their way back to the middle of the blanket, shoving each other as they go.

Though they were ready to resume the fight, their mama had already gotten fed up with their fussing around. She decides to put a stop to it and noses them apart with her snout. The silly pups were too engaged in round 2 of their fight to listen to their mama, though, so she employed another tactic. She started nipping the backend of the pup that was going at it the hardest to get him to stop.

This little puppers seems to take after his mama, though, because he wasn’t having any of that.

Instead of calming down, he gives out a tiny, irritated bark while his mom literally chews his a**. For most of us, this type of outburst from mom would be enough to make us stop in our tracks, but not for these pups. The mom is nice enough to stop chewing her pup when he barks, but that was on the condition that he stopped messing with his brother.

The minute she let go of her pup, however, he went right back to hitting his brother who was already trying to escape mom’s wrath. At around 53 seconds into the video, the mama lets out a bark and the pups adorably drop their heads as if to say “uh oh! We’ve done it now…”

The mama dog gets both her pups turned around to have a little chat with and her little troublemaker barks right back at her.

Though his was just a quick bark, mama knew it for what it was. He was giving her lip and she wasn’t going to put up with one ounce of that behavior.

That’s when mom really tears him a new one with a litany of loud, shrill barking to put him in his place.

These two were in for it now and she was barking out the lecture of a lifetime at them. After she goes off on the one that was giving her so much guff, she turns her attention to the other one.

He might not have been being as feisty but he sure hadn’t been helping the situation any, and now they were both going to get a reaming.

When the pups finally have their attitudes properly adjusted, they both hang their heads in shame.

After mama is finished barking she looks up at the camera with the cutest look of what seems to be embarrassment. It’s as if she’s saying “I’m sorry you had to see that, but my kids are crazy.” It’s a look that every mother knows all too well.

The most hilarious part is when the mom’s looking up at the camera, relieved it’s finally over, the sassy pup slinks over to his brother and gives him one last solid punch in the side to let him know it wasn’t over.
