There are no bones about it – Maya Connolly is clearly one of the most spoiled dogs in the world!

And the beautiful proof is right there in her own backyard.

It’s obvious that Maya’s human, David Connolly, absolutely adores his pooch. I mean, why else would this doggy dad create a mini Airbnb retreat for his furry bestie?

Instead of settling down with a wife, 2.5 kids, and a white picket fence, David did his own thing by fostering a different kind of family.

And then he made it come to life with a beige picket fence, just because he can!

The construction worker didn’t hold anything back when he built his border collie a tiny apartment. In fact, it looks so posh it would blend right in at a luxury ski resort!

As you can see, this DIY flat is a two-story affair, with a rock garden/poop canteen below, and a covered outdoor deck above.

Lucky for Maya, the porch is just wide enough for her to soak up the rays when it’s bright and sunny outside.

And when it’s dreary and rainy (which is all the time in the UK), the waterproof roof keeps her so dry that nothing can wake her up from a nap.

“I built her cabin raised off the ground so as when she is lying inside her bedroom or on her balcony deck she can see over the top of the fence at passersby,” David told The Dodo.

David even thoughtfully added some home accessories like curtains, windows, and a potted plant to liven up the space.

The one-room studio also comes with amenities like an insulated floor, a nightlight, and there’s even a small heater – because WINTER IS COMING.

This princess of floof has definitely got it made!

The only things missing are the cartoon birds, bunnies, and deer that are supposed to come running when she barks.

David, who owns Fencing Decking Specialists NI, is lucky enough that sometimes he’s able to take Maya with him to job sites.

But when it’s not practical or safe, she has to stay at home, just like all the other poor, lonely dogs who have working parents.

“Maya is my best friend. She is a loyal companion and I am trying my best to make her life as enjoyable and comfortable for her as I possibly can.”

When he noticed that Maya preferred to hang out in the backyard when he was gone, he decided to uplevel her experience by making her a cozy little cabin.

And there are no worries if David comes home late because this place lights up like a Christmas tree after the sun goes down!

David had better hope there aren’t any mischievous squirrels in the neighborhood who never had a tree house. They’re probably eyeballing Maya’s place right now to see if they can squeeze inside without setting off the doorbell Ring camera.

Thankfully it looks like there’s plenty of room should Maya happen to find a few Disney critters squatting inside her home.

And if not – they definitely won’t be getting sent to the dog house!

This is the face of pure gratitude and it’s absolutely precious.
