After a few months, they had another visit to their doctor, and they were told that they were expecting twin boys.

Oh! How happy they were!

Having twins is not easy, but it’s twice the happiness, twice the fun, and twice the love.

Soon, Stacy gave birth via caesarian section.

Even though the pain of giving birth was there, she didn’t mind. Stacy wanted to hug her babies. She and her husband named their twins Daniel and David Omirin.

When Stacy and Babajide saw the boys, they were surprised.

Daniel had black curly hair and dark skin just like her big sister. However, David was born with golden curls and white skin.

Stacy explained they were not aware of the twin’s differences because it didn’t show in their scan.

Even the doctors were stunned.

The twins look alike but their colors were the total opposite, but that didn’t matter to Stacy.

She fell in love with her boys but was unsure of how her husband would react.

Babajide saw his twins and smiled. He thought of a sweet nickname for David.

He started calling him “Golden,” because of his golden curls. Babajide was so happy to have a healthy set of twins. It didn’t matter if David looked different from his twin.

Stacy’s husband loved them both.

“He stood for more than 10 minutes staring at them and said he was just looking at God’s wonderful work and that they are his best gift ever,” Stacy shared.

Stacy and Babajide also felt worried for their babies. In Nigeria, David’s condition is rare. People might wonder about the baby or might give rude comments.

Seeing adorable David, you may already know his condition.

Albinism is a genetically inherited condition that causes a person to produce less melanin than usual. Melanin is a natural pigment formed in our skin, hair, and eyes.

It gives us our hair, eye, and skin color.

This condition knows no gender or race and could affect anyone or anywhere. It’s a rare condition that could affect one in 3,000 to one in 20,000.

In David’s case, he has Oculocutaneous albinism or OCA.

OCA is an inherited disorder with significant reduction or even a complete lack of melanin can define in a person.

Some people with albinism also suffer from eye problems or other health issues. Fortunately, in David’s case, he was found to be perfectly healthy.

Stacy said that while many people come up to her and are curious, she hasn’t really received any hurtful words.

The mom of three created social media accounts for her sons to help with educating people.

The twins are growing up so fast, and we might say, they are so adorable and handsome as well.

They do modeling and are enjoying their childhood as well. If you want to follow David and Daniel, click here.
