Michelle ā€œMJā€ Boyle’s kids had gone off to college, and when this happened, she realized one thing.

She did not need to have such a big house to live in.

The woman is a single mother, and the income she earns every paycheck is just enough to cover her family’s expenses until the next paycheck arrives.

It is a challenging situation, but MJ does her best to cope and survive for her family.

Although she dreams of having a big and comfortable home, MJ knows that this is difficult to achieve because of her financial capacity.

Her kids have now gone to college and are not under her roof, which meant having more time for herself and being freer.

And while she dreams of her retirement, she also knows that it will not be an option for now because it would mean spending more than the incoming money in her account.

This is when an idea came to her mind. She saw the opportunity of being comfortable living in a tiny house and thought that it was perfect because it would allow her to still be comfortable while living within her means.

With the money she saved from her corporate job, MJ started building her tiny home.

It only took her a few months to complete her humble abode which she lovingly called “My Empty Nest.”

It had a living area big enough for her to relax in. She also kept her collections of shoes and fashion accessories which she strategically kept in compartments around her cute home.

She even had her own walk-in closet that leads to her bathroom.

The house is not too big, but it was enough to accommodate her and her essential belongings.

But, if there was a place in her house that she loved best, that would be her full-sized kitchen.

The space is complete with her appliances which were from 1945.

She curated the items herself which is something she is proud of.

For her sleeping area, MJ installed a catwalk and a loft where she fits perfectly and nicely.

She is comfortable in her tiny space and could not want anything more.

She and her cat live in peace in their tiny but happy place.

MJ spends only $75 a month on her house bills. Wow!

Living in a tiny house definitely has perks and one of which is having lower bills.

Her monthly expenses don’t even reach $100.

She found living in a tiny house very affordable and she was able to save more money so she decided to make a business out of it.

She built more tiny homes near her property and she rented them out.

The woman built a village of tiny houses where people who want to save money are now living in.
