Danni McLain wasn’t planning on getting a pet cat, but one day, a kitten found its way to Danni’s home and her heart as well. The kitten meowed non-stop until Danni decided to let her in. Soon after, Danni realized that this cat belonged to her, and she decided to keep him.

She named the kitten Garlic Bread.

Garlic Bread is a beautiful and sweet cat, but she is very mischievous! She always finds a way to discover new places, and she’s also very determined to check out everything she can find.

“She is such a brat and will do things to spite you but then with the same breath she will climb into your lap and purr with her ferocious purr,” Danni McLain told The Dodo. “You can’t even be mad at her.”

We agree with Danni! Cats will always be playful and mischievous, but it’s their charm. Most of the time, cats would get themselves into trouble, and you just can’t help but laugh about it instead of being upset.

While doing couch cleaning, Danni noticed a small 3-inch hole in one of the cushions she was cleaning. She immediately knew who did it, so she tried looking for the fluffy culprit, but she couldn’t find her anywhere. Danni just shook her head and continued what she was doing.

Moments later, Danni became a little bit concerned as she hadn’t seen Garlic Bread in a while. She tried looking for her, but all she could hear was her meowing. Eventually, she was able to find where her very naughty cat is.

“I could hear her meowing but I just thought she was at the door hunting flies so I kept doing laundry,” McLain said. “It wasn’t until I went to dress the cushions again that I noticed her.”

Inside that small 3-inch hole in the couch cushion was the naughty Garlic Bread. Somehow, this mischievous cat has gotten herself stuck inside the hole she created.

“I didn’t think it was big enough for her to get in, but she never ceases to amaze me,” McLain said.

McLain was in disbelief! She didn’t think that Garlic Bread would fit inside that small hole in the couch cushion, but there she was inside.

She gently tried to persuade her cat to come out of the hole, but Garlic Bread would only look at her. That was when Danni realized that her cat was stuck inside. Oh boy!

Danni became a little bit worried when she realized that her cat was stuck. Then, she noticed that the cat didn’t seem to be worried. After all, Garlic Bread made a discovery all on her own, and she’s very proud of her achievement.

“I actually had to use kitchen scissors to cut her out,” McLain said. “You know, for proper couch birthing.”

The whole ordeal lasted for a while. Her cat didn’t want to go out!

“She has this special chirp that she makes when talking to you so she was definitely pleased with herself and was going to fight me on getting out,” Danni shared.

At last, Danni was able to free her cat! Now, the next step is to think of an effective way to prevent Ms. Troublemaker from getting herself stuck inside the couch again.

Danni knows for sure that this isn’t the end of her cat’s adventures. What will Garlic Bread discover next time? Can you take a guess?
