Newborn baby’s morning stretching will melt your heart

Everyone knows the feeling. When you finally sleep deeply and soundly and you wake up feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and renewed. You’re waking up on your own accord without a noisy and unpleasant alarm blaring at you to wake up after a bad night’s rest. Yes, that’s the sleep dreams are made of.

There’s a reason why they say the phrase, “Sleep like a baby,” you’ll see what we mean.

This tiny newborn baby demonstrates what it actually means to sleep like a baby. The small baby girl rises and stretches and truly makes her way into the day well-rested. Mommy and daddy are definitely very proud. Watch this video to make your heart warm up.

She’s an adorable, cuddly mass of sweet baby love.

Her parents couldn’t be happier. It’s been six days since their sweet baby girl was brought into their world, and their family of two became three. These are the sweet joys of parenthood and the reward for momma after she experienced 9 months of carrying her baby girl in her belly.

The most important part of parenthood is to be present, as these days will quickly pass by.

Blink and she’ll be turning eighteen and getting ready to go to college! Good thing dad has this Youtube video to treasure this moment forever.

She’s got the most amazing expressions!

It looks like she’s not only stretching her arms and legs but it’s as if she’s exercising her entire face too. She’s probably prepping her jaw and tongue so that she’s all ready to spend her waking hours drinking her mommy’s milk.

If you watch closely you might even notice some of the newborn reflexes happening. According to What to Expect

“Perhaps the most noticeable of her newborn behaviors will be those built-in reflexes that come standard issue to all newborns, including the all-important rooting reflex (when her cheek is stroked she’ll turn in that direction), which helps baby locate the breast or bottle, and the sucking reflex (nature’s way of ensuring baby gets those feeds at the breast or bottle).”

In the above-mentioned article, “How to Sleep Like a Baby,” Good Housekeeping says that the best thing one can do is create a routine. This can involve winding down and creating relaxation time for at least thirty minutes before you get into bed, which helps your brain know that it’s time to go to sleep.

Another pro tip for helping you sleep like a baby is to go get some sun rays on your skin. Sunlight helps our internal clocks know when it’s time to go to bed when the sun moves to the other side of the globe.

Good Housekeeping recommends that you can also work out early in the morning and avoid exercise an hour before bedtime to maximize your sleep. Raising your heart rate right before bed doesn’t help bring your body to rest when you need it. Morning exercise helps your body to sleep better at night.

Another tip from the article suggests being mindful of what time you decide to eat…

“When you eat, gravity is your friend — it helps pull the food toward your stomach for digestion. However, if you chow down on a huge meal right before bed, and then lie down to sleep, the results may be painful (think acid reflux).”

Youtubers are going crazy about this adorable little girl …

“Newborns have the best facial expressions ever!!! So precious and vulnerable.”

Some have even tried to determine what the little girl might be saying …

“Such facial expressions at that age, especially the face of REALLY DAD can’t a girl get some beauty sleep around here?”
