The man said he would just drown the puppy if no one adopted him because he was sick and was also blind.

Puppies that are looking for their forever homes can sometimes get a ton of applications, especially when they’re so cute. What we don’t see, though, are those puppies that are being left behind because no one wanted them.

In one Facebook post, the owner of 2 adorable puppies posted that these little cuties need to find their forever homes.

Lucy, one of the puppies, immediately got a bunch of applications and everyone wanted her, but that wasn’t the case for the other pup.

Poor Stuart, he didn’t even get any applications.

Nobody wanted him because he was different – he was sick. Stuart, despite being all too sweet and cute, had health problems. He was suffering from a spine defect that made it very difficult for him to walk, plus the fact that he was blind.

You’d think that people who would know this would still love to care for him but no. He was unwanted by everyone, and even his owner who was supposed to love him said the most heartbreaking words.

If no one adopted Stuart, he’d simply drown him.

It was cold, cruel, and just sad. How can anyone say this? This poor puppy deserves a chance in life! Thankfully, Denise Mueller knew it!

The post got her attention and she knew right away that she needed to save Stuart!

Sadly, Denise couldn’t adopt the puppy but that didn’t stop her from rescuing the little guy. She contacted a local shelter and, with their good heart, they agreed to take him in as long as she would foster him.

The owner who wanted Stuart gone just said that this dog was running in circles, and was aggressive and even tries to bite people.

Those words didn’t discourage Denise. She knew this little puppy was just scared. This dog knew that he would face a dreadful end, so what could a little helpless puppy do? The poor thing was trying to protect himself!

Denise took the anxious, shaking Stuart home and once he felt he was safe, he was a completely different puppy! From anxious and scared to the sweetest puppy on the planet!

Stuart knew he was in good hands. He knew Denise had a good heart.

Denise made sure that the puppy felt what it was like to be loved and cared for. From then on, Stuart changed and now he’s a sweet and playful puppy who loves people!

He loves to play and is a very active dog despite his condition.

With many people who donated funds for his surgery, Stuart was able to get the treatment he needed for his spine disability.

After getting better, more good news started coming and Denise couldn’t be happier for the little guy!

Many people who followed his story started contacting her so they could adopt the little fighter. Now, Stuart’s future was finally starting to look really bright!

Stuart’s story is a living proof that everyone deserves a chance in life and we should never ever give up on them.

According to a comment below the video, Last Call K-9 Rescue was contacted to see if he’s still available to be adopted. Thankfully, some lucky family was blessed enough to bring him home, and to give him all the love every pup deserves. An amazing end to a terrible beginning!
