Owners prank huskies with inflatable shark
Huskies are some of the most playful and curious dogs out there! They can be so much fun to have around the house. These owners decided they were going to pull a prank on their two huskies and got some serious laughs!
As the two huskies were chilling on the couch, they noticed a large something floating into their house!
Sky and Kakoa noticed that balloon and immediately went to investigate! They are known on YouTube for being a ton of fun. The two dogs have been watching over the house for as long as they can remember, being brought home at the same time to live as siblings!
Sky is the black and white one and Kakoa is the Agouti one.
Agouti is a rare fur color in the husky breed! They are most often found in the racing and working families instead of the show ones. Husky colors says:
This is a very rare coloring, more often found in racing/working lines rather than conformation/show lines. There is often a brindle look to the coat because individual hairs are banded with multiple colors.
When the balloon wafts into the room, the dogs get to work!
The strange balloon drifts into the room and the dogs are confused! The balloon is filled with helium and can be controlled by a remote and little fans on the back of the device. It’s a great toy for kids, adults and apparently, dogs!
Huskies are a naturally curious breed to begin with.
The AKC talks in detail about this, noting the breed’s friendliness!
“As born pack dogs, Siberians enjoy family life and get on well with other dogs; their innate friendliness render them indifferent watchdogs. An attractive feature of the breed: Siberians are naturally clean, with little doggy odor.”
As the shark “swims” down the hallway, you can see the dogs starting to notice something is going on.
With the music sounding like a canine Jaws, the pups react! Jumping off their seat, they are curious and completely unafraid of the shark!
They swat and play with the shark until…
When their owner pokes the shark with a thumbtacks, the dogs are genuinely confused! They try to lick the helium as it comes out of the little holes! It makes you wonder if dogs can taste helium!
As the toy deflates, the pups continue to play with their sinking toy.
It seems that the dogs were more interested in the balloon with the helium leaving it than they were with it roaming around the house! Regardless, it leaves us with a very important question. If a dog breathed in helium, would their barks be higher pitched!
Not getting the chance in this video, I guess the answer remains a mystery.
While the dogs didn’t breathe in helium (probably for the better), they did have a ton of fun! It goes to show that any toy is perfect for a dog, as long as you are there to play with them!
