Pitties who bonded in shelter together and became inseparable finally find their forever home

Jukebox and Agatha lay by each otherâs side at the dog shelter. The pair are rescued Pitbulls, and their meeting at the shelter turned out to be the best thing to ever happen to them. They bonded instantly and are now the best of friends.
Heck, their bond is so strong that theyâre absolutely inseparable.

Jukebox is male, and Agatha is female. The two were paired at the same kennel to save space.
Even a big animal shelter can only fit so many animals. Jukebox and Agatha had no problems with this, though. A lot of us have met our best friends in similar ways, havenât we?
âWhen we separated them, they would look for each other like they were lost.â â Nikki of Pima County Animal care said about the two

While the sight of two dogs becoming besties was adorable, they still needed a home.
The folks at the shelter felt the same. If thereâs anything these two deserved, it was a forever home. One where they could cuddle and bond to their heartsâ content. Plus, who could resist a pair of Pitbulls this sweet?

Well, time went on and no one seemed to be coming for the pair of pitties. Maybe the shelter should have done some PR work? Whoâs to say?
âThey have just been at Pima animal Care for a long time. And it just didnât happenâŠand it didnât happenâŠ.and it didnât happen.â â Nikki continued

Part of the problem was that adopting two dogs was a tall order for most people. This was understandable â Jukebox and Agatha could not be separated by any means. Youâd be a fool for even thinking or trying to.
If they were to be adopted, they had to be adopted together.
Looks like all they needed to do was be patient. When youâve got two dogs that sweet and adorable, it really is just a matter of time.

Along came Erin and Ubaldo, an Arizona couple who were on the search for some new four-legged family members. Theyâd lost their own canine best friend not long before and needed to fill the void in their hearts that it left behind.
Well, 2 dogs definitely seem like enough to fill that hole, donât you think?
They came to see Jukebox and Agatha, and the sweetness from the Pittie pair was irresistible. The loving, best friend bond they had was invaluable too. Honestly, it seemed obvious what would happen next.
Love always finds a place to fill up, and the pair found their way into the Arizona coupleâs household. It was a blessing to both the humans and the dogs.

A home with an empty spot, and some new family members who needed a home.
And that inseparable friendship the pair had is still going strong. Theyâre stuck together in car rides and love their new home.

It took about a week before the pair truly realized this was their forever home.
No more huddling together in a cramped kennel at the shelter.
Those coming years are going to be a blast, and I hope nothing comes between these two. A nice home and a best friend are more than anyone could ask for, wouldnât you say?
