Police duo end dance challenge with a side-splitting conclusion

Blanco Brown’s 2019 hit song “The Git Up” woke up fancy feet worldwide. The video of Brown performing a line dance to the song became a meme. Soon, doctors, teachers, firefighters, and law enforcement members began filming themselves dancing to the catchy tune.

The Alcoa Police Department celebrated 100 years of excellence by dancing to Brown’s “next viral country rap song.” They also turned the lights on their cars on for full entertainment. We are sure that these two officers will make you git up.

As opposed to what most of us believe, police officers are not all strict in their free time.

Moreover, cops seem to know how to party. Take a look at two colleagues, a male and a female officer.

They parked their cars next to one another, turned on the light, and started busting some super moves. The duo gave a new sense to the word partnership because their choreography speaks volumes about working together.

So much respect for the uniform

To serve and protect! The motto becomes twice as captivating when you see the two police department members working as a team to bring smiles to people’s faces. The internet splashed the two with compliments.

One user commented: “You two are awesome!!! I’m loving this!” The other described the Alcoa PD dance video as “a happy place.” Almost 2 million YouTube users have seen the Alcoa dance routine so far.

“Happy 4th of July.”

Well, we can’t say that PD didn’t invest a lot of creativity to celebrate a national holiday. The lady is such a good dancer; her moves are on point and very precise.

The male officer is slower, but he manages to keep up with his teammate just fine.

An unusual move in the end

Believe it or not, the policeman decided to spice it all up with some twerking.

Of course, it’s all a joke, but the fun they have is contagious. If you like this video, there are plenty of more all over the internet. Police Departments across the country participated in the challenge, and it resulted in a bunch of awesome performances.

Two important rules

To do everything correctly, you must keep in mind two essential rules regarding the Git Up challenge. First of all, have a lot of fun. Secondly, have something to drink in your hands. Alcoa officers followed the procedure, and they both have got a bottle of water in their hands.

When they finish dancing, they spray the water all over the camera.

We bet that this isn’t an impromptu dance; two of them have practiced it before

The duo probably wanted to make sure that everything would go as smoothly as they planned, and their routine seems rehearsed.

If two busy officers can find time to practice some dancing, then we can find time to do whatever we’ve been postponing for so long.

The audience has picked out their favorites.

You could say that there are as many “Top 5 GitUp dances” videos as there are original GitUp challenge uploads. People are hooked on the trend, and most videos went viral quickly. We bet that you’ve seen examples of babies reacting to The Git Up song.
