Puppy sees cow having a nap and decides to join her
There are just things in life that are so raw and adorable to see that you can’t help but smile.
Sometimes, the finest and most priceless things in life are usually seen in the most unusual of moments and in unexpected places. After all, a famous song once said that “money can’t buy you happiness.”
A man from India just happened to be in the right place at the right time, and he was able to capture a rare moment – two animals from different species sleeping together!
An ordinary guy with an ordinary life was given a glimpse of an extraordinary moment.
One that he probably won’t forget for the rest of his life.
In Jhansi, India, a local man named Sarthak Gambhir had just left home to live his regular day. He was peacefully walking when he suddenly spotted a cow who appeared to be having a nap.
It was not a new sight for him because cows are a pretty common sight where he lives.
What made it different was that the cow was not alone, she had a not-so-ordinary friend with her.
On top of the napping cow was a tiny pup!
Gambhir saw a little dog curled up on top of the cow. It’s not every day that we get to witness something this adorable, wouldn’t you agree?
“It was the first time I was seeing something like this,” Gambhir told The Dodo.
The cow seemed to love the company and they looked so pleasant and cute together.
The cow, who looks to be pretty young herself, appeared to be aware of the cute little puppy sleeping all cozied up on her back.
The good thing was she didn’t mind having him as company during her “me time” – not at all.
Gambhir tried to sneak in a little closer to the sleeping pair to get a better angle for a picture, but he was a bit skeptical he could do it without scaring them off and missing the precious moment.
The cow didn’t move a muscle because her newfound napping partner was sleeping so soundly.
Apparently, she was simply afraid she would disturb her snoring friend on her back.
No one knows whether or not this adorable duo belongs to the same owner or if they’re just mere acquaintances who share a love of naps.
For Gambhir, no matter what their relationship is, they have undeniably put a smile on his face.
Gambhir was hesitant to walk away from the precious moment he was witnessing, but he needed to move on. So, he captured it on his phone as a keepsake and made it go viral.
Now, Gambhir just hopes the cow and puppy will make sleeping together a daily routine so he can see the adorable duo every day.
He posted the sweet moment of the puppy curling up for a nap on the cow to Facebook, where the sweet moment of the two snoozing together received an overwhelming response. Of course, would you expect anything less from such a cute picture?
This story only proves that it’s the simple things in life, like naps, cows, and puppies, that melt our hearts and make us smile.
