Woman extravagantly spends more than $21,000 on designer clothes for her dogs
We love our dogs so much and we want to give them everything we could to show it. We give them treats, cozy beds, and most importantly, tons of cuddles.
When showing love, however, this dog owner somehow went a little extra when it comes to spending.

Romeo is a three-year-old white chihuahua, while Reggie is four years old and a chihuahua and Bichon mix. But don’t belittle these pups just because of their size, they sure aren’t some ordinary home doggos.
These two lucky pups live in Rochester, Kent with their 53-year-old owner, Leone. With them are the rest of the family, Steve Galler and 21-year-old Bradley.

Leone refused to give her lovely dogs a mediocre type of life. She wants them to have the best in life and nothing should go below that level. From gobbling in on steak for dinner and drinking sparkling bottled water, name it, they have it!

Some might call Romeo and Reggie spoiled but to their loving owner, it’s nothing but love for her fur babies. According to Metro, she spends around £80 ($85) on Romeo and Reggie’s food every month, £45 ($48) on each of her dogs’ regular grooming sessions, and around £300 ($322) each month on their clothes.
Aside from mouth-watering meals and sparkling drinking water, Leone also makes sure that her dogs are well-dressed, especially during occasions!
To do this, she spends tens of thousands of dollars on their designer clothes.

According to Metro, Leone spends a good amount of money to get her dogs dressed up. She’s particularly when it comes to designer clothes. In fact, she’s fond of buying them cashmere sweaters or silk jackets dressed-up with Swarovski crystals.
Summing it up, Romeo and Reggie’s wardrobe alone is at around £20,000 (over $21,000).

Talking about her way of spending that good amount of money on clothes, Leone told Metro, “They love to be dressed in Furdrobe clothes all made with luxurious fabrics. I started dressing them in jumpers as they are so small they do feel the cold. They love to wear luxury bows and jackets. You can actually see Romeo smile when he is in expensive clothing.”
She also shares that both her dogs are kind of picky and they don’t want to drink tap water, “They refuse tap water. One day I had a glass of sparkling water on the side and they started drinking it. That’s when I realised [that’s what they wanted].”
Don’t get them wrong, they still have that human-dog kind of relationship.

Sharing what her dogs are like at home, Leone said, “Romeo is like my shadow, he follows me everywhere He loves to be the centre of attention all the time.”
“Reggie loves cuddles and giving kisses,” she added

The way she spends on her dogs might be impractical to some dog owners but not for her, “I will always do what is best for my dogs, and we have the money so why not. We don’t spend as much on ourselves as our dogs.”
We all love our dogs and we are free to show it whichever way we like for as long as we are not giving any type of inconvenience to anyone.
