One day, Jake’s grandparents came over for breakfast. They took a while to get to Jake’s parents’ home. The traffic had been crazy. So Jake took it upon himself to tell them a way of slipping through the busy roads.

There was only one small problem with Jake’s directions. They made no sense.

Jake’s mom realized that she had to start recording Jake. His directions were just that funny.

“You turn over west and go right straight to the back creek. And then you turn onto the six-mile road, and then you turn back onto where you’re at. And then you go on one-mile, and then you go on this mile for one mile. You go back on another mile, and you go back on this mile.” – Jake Boone.

But Jake wasn’t done yet. There were many more detailed instructions, such as going back on the road you’ve just gone down time and time again, in Jake’s shortcut.

Eventually, when Jake had finished, his grandpa thanked the boy kindly. Maybe he would use these directions next time he came to visit…

Luckily, Jake’s mom then uploaded the footage of Jake’s crazy directions to YouTube. It soon made quite an impact on the site.

To date, it has gained over 640,000 views. It also has more than 8,000 likes.

This was Jake’s first-ever video on YouTube. Due to it doing so well, the kid’s parents kept on filming him. Jake has since become a YouTube star.

The second video to appear on Jake’s channel came from a year or two before the directions video.

In that video, the younger Jake helped his mom complete a shopping list for their upcoming visit to the supermarket. The boy was very enthusiastic about planning out everything that the family needed.

Then Jake and his parents made his most successful video to date.

In that video, Jake detailed his many hours of labor on a farm. According to the little boy, he toiled in the fields day in day out, tending to straw and crops.

Then Jake realized something. “I’m poor, ain’t I?” Despite this worrying financial realization, the boy smiled and started laughing.

While Jake may think that he’s poor money-wise, he’s undoubtedly rich views-wise. This video has, to date, gained over 1.6 million views.

Jake’s most recent video documented his week at his grandparents’ home.

He was very busy that week, helping his grandpa out with home improvements. In fact, it’s easy to believe that his story about working on the farm was true. The boy and his grandpa set up a greenhouse. Then they sanded down a bench, with Jake being allowed to use the electric sander on his own. Lastly, they painted the porch together.

Jake clearly loves acting like a grownup with his grandpa.
