“Bang Bang Cauli” recipe is one of the best thing to make with a head of cauliflower
Cauliflower is something of an overlooked vegetable. But if you cook it right, it can make amazing meals. This spicy dish proves that beyond a doubt.

To serve as a side dish for four people you need the following ingredients:
Three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Two tablespoons of sweet chili sauce.
One tablespoon of siracha.
One lime.
Three cloves of garlic.
One medium-sized cauliflower.
Some kosher salt and black pepper
One teaspoon of cilantro.
To make the dish, just do the following:
First, preheat your oven to 425 degrees. While it’s heating up, whisk the olive oil, chili sauce, sriracha, the juice from the lime and the garlic together.
Cut up the cauliflower into small florets. Then toss the florets in the sauce until they’re covered. Put the cauliflower on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Put the cauliflower on a middle shelf in the oven and cook it up until it’s golden brown. That should be around half an hour. (Some people like crunchier cauliflower, though. So you should check it at 20 minutes to see if that looks appetizing to you.)
Take the cauliflower out of the oven and sprinkle the cilantro on top.
The final result will be something so tasty, your family won’t believe that it’s healthy!
Of course, some people dislike cilantro. In that case, you can garnish it with another herb, or maybe even green onion. And if you have someone who doesn’t like their food too spicy, you can leave the siracha sauce out of the recipe and just put the bottle on the dinner table.
