Loyal dog helps paralyzed owner eat by feeding them

We humans enjoy our lives so much that we usually take for granted the fact that we can get seriously sick, or that we age and eventually will need a lot of help.

All to often, we aren’t that keen on asking others for help. Asking for help isn’t always an easy thing to do, especially when people love how strong and independent they are.

In the age of social media, pride, embarrassment, or fear of being a burden to others are often reasons not to ask for help.

And to be honest, it really isn’t easy.

But there are circumstances that can happen. Events beyond our control, that can force a person to ask for help. And this is when angels, or what we call good Samaritans, often make themselves known.

Then there are our more amazing animal friends like this adorable dog here.

Dogs can be trained to specialize in certain fields. Then there are dogs who just make homes better, all because of their amazing personalities.

This quick eight second clip on Reddit shows a dog feeding its paralyzed owner.

It’s certainly not something you’d see everyday. Often, it’s the other way around with the humans caring for the dog. But once again, these animals show us just how awesome they can be.

The story behind the lady’s paralysis is unclear. But it’s just beyond human understanding seeing moments such as these.

Dogs can defend us, fight for us, and of course cuddle with us for hours. But for a dog to know how to feed his owner because she can’t is just something totally new.

The clip is also on YouTube posted by Sunny Skyz Videos.

This trained canine is feeding his paralyzed owner using a special spoon. And just look at the timing and the precision of the feeding.

Dogs are just wonderful!

The special spoon has a handle, allowing the dog to grasp it so he can scoop up food and feed it to his human. He’s really a sweet dog who is very enthusiastic doing his job.

He really wants to feed his human and his eagerness is pretty obvious.

It’s been said before but it has to be said time and again. We truly don’t deserve dogs.
