A tortilla wrap will be as good for you as the ingredients you put in it.
Fresh vegetables are a great way to eat healthy, and they’re delicious when wrapped up with a tortilla and the right amount of seasoning. Celery, lettuce, carrots, kale and other veggiesare all great additions to any wrap.

There is no meat required for this breakfast tortilla, you get all the protein you require from eggs.
Ingredients you’ll need.
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2/3 cup grated cheese
- Oregano
- Parsely
- Tomato
- 3.5 oz. mozzarella
Heat a non-stick pan, then add a tortilla.
First you want to break 4 eggs into separate little bowls. Then pour them individually on top of the tortilla. You do have the option to crack the eggs directly over the tortilla but that tends to get a little bit messier. Then season with some salt and pepper to give it the taste you desire.
Chop up some parsley and sprinkle it on top of the eggs.
The next thing you want to do is throw some of the grated cheese on top. Be generous with the amount of cheese you use, but don’t use all of it because you’ll need some later as well.
Then add some dried oregano on top of everything and put another tortilla wrap on top.
Cook the tortilla for five minutes on medium heat. While you are doing this, take the time to cut some mozzarella cheese into equal slices and cut up a tomato.
After five minutes flip the tortilla over to the other side.
With the tortilla flipped to the other side, you’ll then want to add the tomato slices on top and sprinkle some salt. Then add the cheese on top. Next up, sprinkle the grated cheese on top of that and make sure you get the gaps between the tomatoes. You can also chop up some parsley and sprinkle that on top.
Let it cook for another five minutes and then your tortilla is ready to serve.
You don’t have to use that much cheese if you don’t want to – it all depends on what your appetite calls for! Also, if you want less dairy using less cheese is an option.
