4 ‘little’ dancers stir up laughter with hilarious performance

If you’re looking for creative entertainment, consider having a human puppet show.

No, these aren’t ordinary human puppets because it doesn’t involve any string, rod, or scary wooden puppet faces.

This kind of human puppet utilizes you, yourself, as human, but you only get to play parts of the puppet – and we literally mean body parts.

As the main character, you will act and move with your face, but your hands will be utilized as the legs.

So, where are the hands? You will wear an oversized shirt so another person, who would act as hands, would fit in.

This is one creative way to do a group performance, like this dance number by these ‘tiny dancers.’

Kara Whitworth, Jackson Hannah, Alyson Whitworth, and Lukas Richmond performed a dance medley with a range of music types – from “Eye of the Tiger” to “Cotton Eye Joe.”

They were joined by their friends Cami Johnson, Camryn Garcia, Margaux Shutt, and Jocelyn Garcia, who acted as arms.

They called themselves “The Living Puppets.”

Don’t be fooled by how simple it looks. Wait until they start performing.

The key here is to coordinate the arms and legs, especially since they are different people.

Facial expressions and head movements are also crucial in this kind of presentation because you’ll never know when and where the hands will go; chances are a hand or two will hit your head or face when things go crazy!

They started with “Eye of the Tiger” and then transitioned to “The Kesh Jig.”

You can already see the complexity of their bodily coordination at the beginning of the performance.

They moved their head and hands in time with the song’s beat.

Then, they combined movements with the legs and interlocked arms in “The Kesh Jig.”

They upped their game with “Crank Dat” and “Kung Fu Fighting.”

Their movements were fitting for the song, making their performance more entertaining.

Imagine dancing to Soulja Boy’s dance hit with its popular moves – and that part when they do the Superman!

That, plus Kung Fu fighting, equals The Living Puppets flying and floating on the stage.

Lastly, they went from a bit of ballet to “Cotton Eye Joe” and finished with N’Sync’s “Bye Bye Bye.”

The following sequence showed a lot of coordination – from doing sautés and assembles to the giddy-ups of country line dancing.

But the most fitting of all is their final song.

Why ‘fitting’? Because if you can recall, the music video for this song involves puppetry!

Could they finish off their performance like the excellent dance of N’Sync?

Well, they were close. Overall, they did a splendid job in this number, considering they did a lot of different dance steps in various music styles throughout their performance.

Cami, Camryn, Margaux, and Jocelyn appeared in the end.

They removed their hands from the oversized shirts and gave everyone a wave.

They deserve that moment, too, because that performance wouldn’t be as splendid without their graceful hands.
