When your favorite tune comes on the radio, it’s very hard to stay quiet. Music is for singing along to, whether you have the voice of an angel, or something a little less public-friendly.

In some cases, you feel a certain loyalty towards a certain song. You know all the lyrics, and you can sing it better than your friends can. It is, in a way, your song.

One little girl who can definitely relate to this is Maliya, of YouTube-famous family The Kabs Family.

Even as a toddler, Maliya clearly knows her stuff when it comes to good music – and she doesn’t want Dad getting involved, either!

Maliya is the second-youngest daughter in The Kabs Family. There’s also mom Chanel, dad Tay, older daughter Teija and their baby daughter.

If you’ve seen their faces before, you’ve most likely caught them sharing laughs on the internet with their fun, light-hearted videos.

Being a YouTube family means there are definitely some big personalities in the bunch, and little Maliya has one of the biggest of them all! She’s clearly following in the footsteps of her older sister, who can rap along to some of the more challenging RnB songs like a pro. Check out the video below if you need proof:

While Maliya isn’t quite at the same level as Teija just yet, she certainly has the enthusiasm and the confidence. There are lots of videos of the little superstar singing along to music on The Kabs Family YouTube channel, but one of them in particular has captured the attention of the internet.

The video features Maliya, who is only two years old, singing and dancing along to Ty’s music, with the caption:

“This is what Teija has created! Lol”

The video is certainly worth a laugh out loud! Cute little Maliya starts rocking out to KiDi’s “Odo”, and it’s quite clear that she’s a fan. She sings along to the lyrics, bopping along in her seat, pointing with her fingers and pressing her palm against her chest.

All the while, dad sits, straight-faced, on his phone. Judging by his reaction, he is used to his kids taking over the music in his car, and he knows he doesn’t really have much say in the situation!

This is proven when Ty goes to switch the music off, and Maliya stops singing and says,

“No, no, no, no, no, no, no!”

That told him!

It’s pretty cute to see just how excited Maliya gets when another one of her favorite songs comes on. At one point, she even tries to open the door, because dancing in her seat isn’t enough – she wants to bust some moves outside.

Dad manages to put a stop to this, but we’re not quite sure how. From where we stand, it definitely looks like his little daughter is calling the shots round here.

The family’s YouTube audience can’t get enough of the hilarious video. One person commented:

“Lol when she realizes that the car is too small for her groove 😂😂”

The video already has more than 11 million views and 260k likes. This energetic little toddler has managed to put a smile on millions of faces in the past week alone.
