Toddler has full-fledged gibberish conversation with daddy and it's beyond adorable

As they say, kids say the “darndest” things.

Their curious and uninhibited nature is the perfect combination for comedy as they will almost always say whatever they want and whenever they want about whatever occupied their attention.

And what do you get in return? An adorable conversation and a level of internet fame that you never expected.

DJ Pryor and his son Kingston Jierre took the internet by storm.

The video shows the father and son lounging on the couch watching the finale of Empire. The two of them seemed to be engrossed with what they were watching, so much so that Kingston Jierre can’t help but share his two cents about the show.

What ensued is a hilarious conversation that you can’t understand but can follow at the same time.

Pryor tells his son, “They need to work on that, right?”

The discerning Kingston Jierre agrees without hesitation and continued to watch. Then, his father made a follow-up question on whether or not his son understood what was happening in the show.

Kingston says, “No”, but decides to continue watching, much like most of us who just watched anyway because we already started it.

The father and son continued their conversation as Kingston Jierre critiqued whatever he was watching, even pointing at the TV every now and then.

At one point, Pryor even said, “Oh no, no, not this one. This is the grand finale of this one,” to which Kingston Jierre responded, “This is the last one?”

The video was posted by his wife Shanieke.

The father and son duo has since spontaneously received internet fame as their hilarious conversation racked up 1 million shares with over 200,000 comments on Facebook.

“He is very animated,” Pryor said to TODAY as he shared how unsurprised he was. “He takes after me.”

He shared that Kingston Jierre is some sort of a mimic to him. One of Kingston’s habits is following his dad around their house and imitating whatever his dad was doing.

He even imitates his dad whenever he does stand-up.

Pryor shared that one time he held a mic and then placed it down. Kingston would then pick it up and try to do his own comedy skit.

“He is walking around and imitating the stand-up, and he goes ‘he he he’ at the end,” Pryor explained to TODAY. “It is so funny to him. He keeps doing that until other people laugh.”

Since the video, Kingston became the world’s favorite toddler.

Chris Evans, or Captain America himself, even shared in a tweet that he could watch an hour of Kingston just speaking.

Others also lauded Pryor and Shanieke for letting Kingston express himself and not shushing him. They claimed that this will encourage the child to participate and openly bond with them.

Pryor even accepted that people like Kingston more than him.

They often joked that it took him 16 years to chase his dream of becoming a successful comedian and actor while his son smugly walked around as if telling him why it took him that long.

He shouldn’t have to worry, however, because people can’t get enough of them both and their interactions.
