When we talk about the afterlife, we can’t help but wonder about one specific thing.

Is heaven real?

Of course, there’s only one way to find out, and that is if we die.

There have been many miracle claims of people dying and then coming back to life to give the testimony of meeting the Lord in heaven.

Though, there were also other people who claimed to have seen nothing but felt unexplainable peace.

Tina Hines is among those who died and came back to life to tell the world that heaven and the Lord are real.

Tina died on February 12, 2018.

Her husband Brian saw Tina collapse and hit her head. He panicked and immediately called 9-1-1.

“I’ve never seen anybody with their eyes rolled back and-and literally starting to turn purple,” said Brian in his interview with CBN.

Jeff Logas, their neighbor, who was there for a visit acted quickly and began CPR.

Both men tried their best to bring back Tina, but it seemed like they were doing it wrong.

Tina wasn’t coming back.

Soon, the first responders arrived and administered two rounds of epinephrine.

They also shocked Tina’s heart, hoping it would bring her back.

On the third try, there was nothing.

Tina was still without a heartbeat.

The paramedics rushed the patient to Deer Valley Medical Center while they try to resuscitate her.

In the emergency room, they found out that poor Tina suffered from several cracked ribs, a cracked sternum, and a gash on her forehead.

Time was running.

It had been over 20 minutes, and Tina still had no heartbeat.

“In my mind, I knew she was dead. There was nothing,” said Jeff.

Brian had already called their family and friends, and they all rushed to the hospital to be with her.

“It was a prayer of desperation. I said, ‘God, take everything from my life if you’ll give me back, Tina,’” Brian recalled teary-eyed.

Tammi, Tina’s sister, and her husband, Dave, received the devastating news.

They rushed across the desert wanting to be with Tina, but then Tammi felt a sudden calmness.

Just then, Dave received a text from Brian.

It said, “Tina is alive!”

Brian said that the doctors explained to him what happened.

They all tried to defibrillate her one more time and then she came back, even though she was dead for over 27 to 28 minutes.

The doctors induced Tina into a coma so that they could test her and give a diagnosis.

It baffled even the doctors.

What happened to Tina was unexplainable. Most people wouldn’t even survive 10 minutes without oxygen.

If, by some miracle, they survive that, there would be a lifetime of brain damage.

In Tina’s case, not only did she survive 27-28 minutes without oxygen, she was able to breathe on her own after coming back.

As soon as she opened her eyes, Dave handed her a pen and a notebook. There, she started writing.

At first, the scribbles made no sense but when they realized what they meant, they were all in awe.

The scribble read, “it’s real.”

Everyone started asking her what it meant. Was it the pain? How about the hospital?

Then, her daughter said, “heaven?” and that was when Tina nodded.

Heaven is real.

Tina just had to share her experience with everyone. Jesus is alive, and he is real. Heaven is real!

“I just wanted to share that I saw Jesus face to face and the unbelievable rest and peacefulness of what I was experiencing was Jesus standing there with His arms open wide, and right behind Jesus standing there was this incredible glow it was the most vibrant and beautiful yellow,” Tina shared.

After four days of being admitted, Tina went home as if nothing happened to her, but something changed.

“God is real in my life. Jesus is real. Heaven is real. I know that God can use every situation to make us who we are in Christ,” says Tina.
