20 hilarious fails that have these cats regretting their life choices
Curiosity doesn’t always kill the cat, thankfully. But it does occasionally put them in very awkward situations.
And if they’re really unlucky, someone takes the time to grab a photo before giving them a hand (which, it should go without saying, you should never do if a cat is in danger of getting hurt).
These 20 cats got themselves into quite a bind – but we’re not sure that it ever taught them a lesson, no matter how much they might have regretted their decisions at the moment.
1. Blinded
We’re glad this naughty boy is ok.
But the question is, did he play with those blinds again?
We bet he did.

2. Cushy problems

3. A little help here, please!
No matter how many times a cat gets stuck, they will still climb the screen.
This girl looks like she’s full of regret – but we’re willing to bet she does the same thing tomorrow.

We bet the view is great but the effort to balance probably doesn’t let this cat take it all in.
10. Hang in there, baby
Sometimes you just have to wonder how they manage to get themselves into these positions.
It’s almost as if they can fly (at least for a moment).

11. Puss in boot
To be fair, this cat doesn’t seem all that upset.
It might smell like a shoe, but some cats don’t mind a big, stinky place to chill.

This is the danger of just jumping into a box without knowing what’s inside.
The cat probably got a nice soft landing though!

This cat seems more concerned with getting caught than getting stuck.
Then again, it doesn’t really seem that concerned about anything.
15. I have regrets
We’re not sure how this happens, but it’s almost like you can see this cat trying to figure out which part of its body to move in order to work itself free.

It looks awkward and uncomfortable, but the cat kind of looks like it’s fine in there.

It probably seemed so comfy to crawl into mom’s shirt.
But getting free is another matter entirely.
20. Ornamental
It’s always important to help your cat out if it’s trapped and tangled.
But this kitten looks like it’s taking the opportunity to inspect the ornaments closer so it can plot its next nighttime attack.
